Thomas Grellner has 20 years experience in the field of software engineering and system integration, including 10 years focused on industrial automation and totally integrated facility management as managing partner of Hermos Group. He acted as lead consultant to Deutsche Bahn AG, for 2 years successfully developing the system and software architecture for the 'station of the future', an IP-video surveillance solution.

Daniel Huss brings to U42S, 20 years of voice, video and data integration sales & marketing experience. Under Mr. Huss’ leadership, his teams at British Telecom, Norstan, and Siemens developed successful new businesses in WLAN, converged voice and data solutions, and fiber optic networking for enterprise clients. He recently developed North America’s largest Wi-Fi Hotspot deployment practice, with over 8,000 hotspot and 40,000 access points in service.

Miles Little has 20 years experience in the field of electronic engineering and data communications. Mr. Little has worked extensively across the European Market in both the Service provider and Banking sectors and was the co-founder of a large European professional services firm. From start-up in 1995, Mr. Little grew the firm revenues to 11 Million Euros within 5 years, secured 4.5 Million Euros of Venture Capital in 2000, and guided the business through a merger in 2002.
